| John is a three term President of the Arizona Roofing Contrators Association, served five years as a
Director of WSRCA and is a long time member of WSRCA. He is presently Chairman of the Roofers Union H & W Trust and Apprenticeship Trust.
He also served on numerous manufacturer's contractor advisory boards.

We are the largest commercial union contractor in Arizona. Our experienced, highly trained crews (many with over twenty five years experience)
are very versatile in applying the different systems available today, including built-up-roofing, modified bitumen, single ply materials including EPDM, PVC and TPO,
as well as Polyurethane FOAM systems and Metal Roofing.
Our crews work safely (our EMR is .66) and with quality application as their goal. We have been recognized by State Comp Fund as “the Best of the Best” for the last three years. |

| We are licensed and bonded and can handle projects large and small. Performance bonds are available on our work through Insurance Company Of The West. Our workers compensation insurance is with SCF of Arizona and we have a total of $7,000,000.00 in liability insurance coverage with First Mercury Insurance.

We are approved applicators for all the major manufacturers of roofing materials including Carlisle, Firestone, GAF "Master Contractor", Johns Manville "Master Contractor", J.P. Stevens, Performance Roof Systems, Sarnafil Elite Contractor, and Siplast to mention a few. Our partnership with material manufacturers permits us to give you superior service and provide the maximum guarantees available in the industry. Our experienced management team and our project managers are available to provide estimates, evaluate your needs and furnish recommendations and specifications for both new construction and retrofit projects.
We have a service and maintenance department to handle leak problems on commercial and industrial buildings. Our expertise covers all types of flat roof systems. Commercial tenant improvement work is a specialty. We also have service and maintenance contracts available for your building. Please contact our service department for an evaluation of your roof.
